Refund policy

Returns must be sent back in the original packaging with all our labels attached and must be unworn and immaculate for resale.

If you have any problems with items delivered by us please notify Bubba Booties as soon as possible after delivery by email or phone which can be found on our contact us page. This must be done within 7 days of receiving your order, after this time the goods will be automatically accepted by you as being correct and not faulty.

If you are not happy with you purchase or does not fit you can return for a exchange or refund within 14 days.

No refund or exchanges on sale items

 

All returns will be credited back to the same method of payment used in the original transaction. Please note any shipping costs that were paid during your order are NON refundable including the cost for you to return the goods to us.

We recommend you use a tracked service to return your goods as we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage on its journey back to us.
